Situated on more than fourteen acres of beautiful Sussex County countryside, the Homestead Rehabilitation and Health Care Center provides a tranquil setting connected to nature in its four season glory. Our facility is just the right size for residents to quickly become familiar with new surroundings and new friends.
Meals & Dining
Meal time is a time for fellowship and fun! Community dining rooms provide an atmosphere for friends to gather and share meals. The Homestead provides residents with meals made-from-scratch, prepared daily to offer the taste of home-cooking. Snacks and beverages are always available, as well as In-room meal service. Our kitchen staff will accommodate most dietary requests and special diets.
Community Based Programs
The Homestead is a very active part of the Sussex County Community. We partner with individuals, businesses, and organizations to provide special programs for our residents. Volunteers of all ages visit and provide activities within the building and trips to locations in the community.
